ROMINA PELAGATTI lives and works in Paris, France. She graduated in fine arts at Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna, Italia, in 2003. This same year, she moved to Paris and since then dedicates herself to the art of drawing and painting.
Her work is influenced by a broad range of imagery she collects, some of which includes japanese prints, amateur photography, vintage geographic magazines, and chinese paintings. These images are collected and then mashed up into symetric drawings, aerial landscapes, and odd shapes.
She lately published “Feux de Foręt” a collection of burning drawings with Papier Gaché, an independent publishing house which she co-founded. You can visit the website here: www.papiergache.net
